At VitaminsAndBeauty.com, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of every product that we sell. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return the unused portion of your product for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.

To return product for a refund, please call us for a return authorization and to make arrangements for the refund. We will request that you return the unused portion of the product purchased to us at VitaminsAndBeauty.com Returns c/o Geneva Health & Nutrition, 961 Park Center Drive, Vista, California 92081. A refund request must be made within 90 days of purchase; requests after 90 days will be honored at the discretion of VitaminsAndBeauty.com. Once the returned product has been received, please allow 30 days for the refund transaction post to your credit card account. If you paid by check, we will issue a refund check by return mail. Your refund will be less original shipping charges, unless the return is the result of an error on our part, in which case we will refund the original purchase including shipping and make arrangements for the return of product at our expense.

If you are interested in ordering a quantity of 12 or more of any given single item, we may offer an unadvertised extra quantity discount! Please don't hesitate to call and inquire.

If you prefer to mail a check or money order, or if you prefer to arrange a C.O.D. order, please call our customer service line. If you pay by personal check, we reserve the right to hold your order until the check clears your bank account.

At this time, we do not charge a surcharge for the use of credit cards.

You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order online. This email will provide you with the shipping confirmation numbers necessary to locate your order.

If your order was placed by phone, and you wish to receive order status, please call our Customer Care Center for assistance in tracking your package.

Order size is calculated before tax. A sales tax of 8.25% is collected for shipments to an address in the state of California.

Please note that if you have previously ordered from our Geneva Health & Nutrition web site (www.geneva-health.com), your customer record and order history remains intact with our company, since VitaminsAndBeauty.com uses the same shopping cart system. You are basically ordering as you did before, but now with a larger spectrum of products to choose from! Same company, but with a new interface!

For new or returning customers, you may choose to have your address/phone information saved in our shopping cart. When you press the "Checkout" button to finalize your order, you will have the choice to "Create A Customer Profile" by entering your e-mail address and a password. At subsequent visits to our site, you can simply enter your e-mail address and password in the "Existing Customer Profile" fields to have our system pull up your address and phone number for ease of order entry. We do NOT save credit card information as part of your profile. You can also choose "Express Checkout" to process your order without using an existing profile.
